Hi doctor s My son is 18months old he ate pink colour dragon fruit yesterday Eve till now he is getting urine in pink colour doctor. Is it really related to dragon fruit or any other health issues doctor. As of now he doesn't have any cold fever etc Was worried about it doctor please help me out Regards Mounica
