My son is one year and 3 months old.i found his urine in yellow colour sometimes.he is having breastmilk and 2 3 spoon of water after every meals. Can I give him fresh juices like lemon water mosambi pomegranate on regular basis

It's because of less intake of water. Give all types of food including non veg. Give plenty of liquids.
