Urine inf cold fever
Dear sir
My baby have urine got tested doctor said having infection. Given medicine ofloxacin. Then he got cold and cough. Doctor given azithromycin. Cough and cold come down upto some level but not gone completely. Today he catched fever . We have given paracetamol now fever has came down. breathing heavy since birth.

Dear sir/madam. Need to confirm &check uti properly. Antibiotic course for proven uti is 10 to 14 days. On antibiotic course child has developed fever. Need to check other causes of fever like malaria, viral infection etc. Suggest go for blood investigation. Need to check why your child is breathing heavy since birth. Any imaging investigation done in this regard! Need to know the details before commenting. Regards
