Urine flow not coming properly. Else.

Hi, Past 1 month I am facing UTI problem that is urine not coming . After took urine culture found that there is an ESBL bacteria found. I took medicine (niftas for 1week course) but still I am facing same issue that is there is a mild pain (discomfort) in beside the left testicles and urine not properly coming which means bladder is full but while passing its not coming fully. This will come little bit little bit like that. After visiting urologist I took ct scan but in scan everything is normal. But doctor Said u need to ejaculate first since I did not do for past 2 months. But now the mild pain is better but urine not flowing properly. While passing urine it takes start around 5 to 10 min and then it will come little bit then again waiting then little bit coming. So what is that actual problem is this. But doctor said nothing to worry it's normal. Will ejaculation cause this problem or anything else.
