  4. Urine colour is red. Happening to him.

Urine colour is red
Dear sir/madam Iam pavitra my son age is 3 years actually he had light fever and cold cough , so I given medicine as per his previous report now he is better but yesterday night while urinating his urine colou is  light red and also morning . after some time his urine clour is light orange. So please kindly suggest what is happening to him.
