Urination frequent not getting cleared
I have urine related problems , even after urinating , I feel the urge to go again , if i think to much its worse , some times when i dont think much it doesnot bother , during night when i get up, first thing i get is urine

Making voiding diary helps that is exact measurement of fluid intake with time denoted and measurement of urine volume passed with time denoted for three consecutive days.
Urine examination ,USG of KUB region with post void urine also helps
Consult a urologist in the locality.
Sympotamatic drug flavoxate 200mg thrice daily for 5 days help meanwhile full diagnostic workup is done
