Urination every 3 - 4 hrs
I tend to get urination every 3 - 4 hrs. And more tendency when i travel outside. I have even checked for hypoglycemia, but my sugar levels are normal. Please suggest.

Hello there.
It's normal to pass urine frequently in certain circumstances like when the weather is cold, when the ac is on, when you take in too much water etc.
All that needs to come out, so it comes out. Besides, the food you eat also has fluids which is extra when you consider the intake of other fluids. And moreover, your sugar levels are also normal.
So relax, its fine.
