Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) Or not?

M facing uti OAB overactive bladder problem frequency urination or urgent need to.go urination, suggest me best tablet antibiotic for uti For OAB problem. Plz help doctor now m taking mirago 25 but mirago is not antibiotic I need antibiotic tablet my doctor don't give antibiotic my doctor is urologist. But he can't suggest me antibiotic. I do all my test like ultrasound,urine culture test, high uric acid test, sugar test, and all test m taking mirago daily approximately 3 months and still taking mirago 25 but nor relive too much, can I take or not? M taking mirago daily at night same time before sleeping after dinner, need major help doctor wht can I do. My age is 24 my weight is 70+.
