  4. Urinary tract infection. Past 10 days.

I had an episode of UTI a year ago. And recently I am getting similar symptoms. Please advise home remedies or how I can stop it before it becomes serious. Also I am not sexually active. The cause of it might be the dehydration or use of public toilets as I have been traveling for past 10 days.
