Urinary tract infection
Hello Doctor, Has burning sensation while urination. Has mild to severe pain in lower stomach. Pain is on and off. Has fever which relatively comes when in pain Since 2 days. Drinking lot of water, taking dried cranberries Citrallika 10 ml twice in a day When fever, used Dolo 650. Please suggest. Thanks in advance.

Pain , burning micturition and high grade fever are suggestive of upper tract UTI . You may need blood tests(CBC, KFT) , urine routine and culture, and ultrasound KUB. Consult with Urologist or physician for antibiotic advise as per findings.
