Just drink plenty of water. This will just prevent the chances of getting urinary tract infections.  In case one gets an infection, medications need yo be started to treat as well as to avoid complications.

Drink plenty of fluids.. take renalka 10ml which is to be mixed with one glass of water and consume 3 times for 3 days .. still if it persist you may have to start antibiotics after culture
