Urinary track infection

Asked for Male, 33 Years

My age is 60, female. I went to doctor last Sunday due to lower back pain and doctor made sonography and found a stone of 7.5mm in my ureter. Aslo advise me to do urine culture. I got my urine culture report yesterday and in the report organism KLEBSIALLA. Doctor pescribe me Mik 500mg inj to take twice daily. What will i do now? Will i take this injection. Or will take other medicine , please pescribe me. I am very nervous. Please advise. Please advise.

Stone in ureter need to be removed surgically by Laser URSL. Can u send d scan report to suggest further management. Take antibiotic too
