First of all it is not a cause for concern. your baby maybe requiring more water as he loses water through sweating due to the excessive heat in the environment. so so please give him additional water, you can always give water two children above the age of 1 year, even though your breastfeeding .you can continue giving breastfeeding as many times as you can, but he may need to be given few spooms of water as well and give him watery fruits like watermelon so that will become normal.

Hi I can fully understand your worry.
Is this baby only on exclusive breast milk?
Is baby having fever?
Many more questions need to be asked.. better would be online consultation as baby is below 3 months...
Baby should pass urine 6 times or more in a day.. So just feed baby little extra breast milk... or more often..
