Urinary issues and bladder pain

Asked for Male, 26 Years

I have pain and irritation in the area above my penis on the right side and also pain in the same area while urinating. I also urinate 8 times a day including 2 trips at night. I went to urologist. There was no infection and no blood in the urine. No abnormalities in Ultrasound scan. I am suffering from this for a month. What it could be ? I am so worried that it might be bladder cancer. Any suggestions ? Should I do cystoscopy ?
