Uric acid level is high
I've been having gout problem from last 1.5 year. And last year my uric acid level is 11 and got sever attack in my right toe and second time before 4 months at that time uric acid level 9, Right now i am taking febustat 40 mg laat two months I hv chekd last month report uric acid 6.60 And after one month i hv chekd that uric acid 10 Its going up and down. Should i hv change my medicine? I have read online that uric acid level maintain by lemon or anti inflammatory diet Is it true it would be helpful or not ?

You have to take febustat regularly, avoid pulses and all type of dals... When right toe attack is there , stop febustat for 5 days.. start colchicine for 5 days after that start febustat again..
