My uric acid is 7.3 in my urine report and urates are present.
What this means and how can i control it.
I drink alots of water and have healthy diet.
What could be the reason. I just smoke 5to 6 cigarette a days.

continue to drink more fluids per day. Preferably stop smoking even though there is no direct relationship with high uric acid levels. Avoid excess of salt and protein in diet
