Urgent need to defecate
Past 3-4 days I feel an urgent need to defecate. There is a burning sensation in and around my stomach too. I am also passing an excessive amount of gas. I checked my stool too. I noticed a few red kind of strands in it. However not able to identify whether it is blood or not.

You could be suffering from Fissure in ano along with gastritis.
