Hi I was really excited for masturbating but every time I would think about it my heart rate would get high and when I masturbated it was around 148 bpm is it fine. I am really scared does it cause stroke or something it has been 14 hours already I masturbated pls help I am really getting scared. I am not hypertensive not diabetic no illnesses.I am feeling pressure at my left side of face after the masturbation pls help me does it cause stroke or not it has been exactly 14 hours now
