Urgent Advise. Spinal Tumor. Thnx n!

Hello Respected Doctors, Pls pls help. My friend female aged 30 yrs has a tumor on D9 verterbrate past ten years. Past six years the pain is excruciating. As per MRI it shows lesion. Pet Scan indicates localised. Now Doctors are saying to go for excisional biopsy. My question is will excisional biopsy would make her pain excruciating. Pls advise she is in too much pain. As far as the Doctors are hinting its non malignant. So her parents are worried for her that if biopsy is done she would be in more pain. Pls advise n how about to go with the surgery. Since I can only post two attachments here .. Pls find The Pet Scan and The MRI. Any help and advise would be appreciated. Pls save my friend. She is in too much pain. And I need honest answers.
