Urge to urination feel in pennis always

Frequent urge to urination feel in pennis but no infection of uti on reports .. Feel like go for urination after drinking water of aboute half hour .. Constant feel in pennis that go for urination Though no burning maturation is not there .no infection.i will be thinking it always . Plss kindly guide me regarding this ..though iam a dentist by profession ...what should I take precautions ... So much water should i drink?? Are any medication ??? Are any exercises are there ??? Is it anxiety or stresss ???? Plss kindly guide me regarding this ...
