  4. Ureters problems. Uti, please suggest.

Ureters problems
I recently discovered very strong pain last week on my left side starting from pelvic till back, I had done ultrasound but no stone found and now since yesterday I feel slight pain in my left pelvic after urine and seems like not clearing my urine in one go and I have slight pain in my urethra (penis) aswell so I am assuming some sought of uti, please suggest.
