Hi my 11 yrs son is having upset stumuk for last 3 weeks with fever some times also he feels tired all the day

Yes I agree with my colleague. I suggest Stool routine & culture along with blood tests to rule out Enteric Fever.

Hai as I understand ur son 11yrs aged has been having bowel upset vomiting or loose stools ans frequently on and off fever, with tiredness. I would suggest blood test to understand the cause of fever associated with tiredness and gastrointestinal problem. probable diagnosis 1. chronic diarrhoeal disease 2. enteric fever.
