I had covid 10 days back and i had body pain from a few weeks like joints and all. So i started having uprise D3 60k tablets once 1 week for 4 weeks. I was given this once earlier too after covid in 2020. Is it safe to take it? Today after i took the tablet i felt gas and stomach bloating with feeling of loo a while after. I also have constipation and i suspect ot is from that. and also tightness in head for a while. I feel a weak muscle. Is it normal or can 2 tablets in 2 weeks become toxic? Should i stop it? If i stop it now will it go away?
