Upper skin covered penis
I am 17 year old and I don't understand what to do. My penis is fully covered by upper skin and it causes me a problem that i can't do toilet properly the urine doesn't comes out properly because it covers the glans.
Please help me.

Hello..
You need to consult a gen surgeon and get examined as you seem to tell me that you have pin hole or small meatus and it definitely needs a surgical procedure for it...hope you get my point ..please meet a Surg Eon...thank you
