I am sending my latest x ray please tell me which of my molar tooth is infected. Please suggest the treatment. First molar is infected or second molar tooth is infected.

The image is firstly not great.... but going with what we have at hand, the bigger cavity is in the 2nd molar and a cavity of this magnitude causes the infection..... having said that the cavity in the 1st molar is also relatively deep enough to cause an infection. This x ray must be correlated clinically to decide the plan of action.....prima facie looks that 2nd molar is more troublesome than the 1st. Hope this helps
