  4. Upper right side stomach pain. The gas?

Upper right side stomach pain
Hello my 4.7 years kid who is 22 kgs complained of stomach ache on the upper right side.his stomach was bigger yesterday and he is passing gas more than usual from few days..what can be the cause of his pain..should I go for the scanning or it may be the gas??

This may be muscular or gastritis Light food like dalia , khichdi Pain killer and lansoprazole if pain is more
