Upper left arm muscle pain

Asked for Male, 28 Years

Previous I diagnosis with anxiety and gerd. 4 -5 times I visit to a doctor they told me not to worry. Feeling sometime chest pain , acidity, stool problem. Last night I feel little bit left arm upper side muscle pain and morning time feel fear in sleep and sweating.
