Upper Chest irritation,dull pain,pinning

I did ECG in routine health Check up in our office, one Doctor told me there s a problem in ECG and other Doctor mentioned no issues and it's a normal. However From last 10 to 9 years I use to get Dull pain, some time pinning, sensations(not in one particular spot) at slitly upper chest left side, when touch or rub irritation spot pain use go. I al
