Upper body skin problem with white scars
I have white scars on my upper body, neck portion, hands. It started some 5 years ago. These marks used to come seasonally on the neck and chest area, but now it has spread to all over my upper body. I consulted doctors multiple times, everyone said it is fungal infections and prescribed some ketokonazole shampoo to apply on affected parts but they didn't go away. Then I left those treatment and now it has spread all over the upper body except face.
