Sir I have severe upper back pain right only,with tingling sensation which extend to my arm of right hand since last one month I have no accidents as such.early morning I feel severe pain in my shoulder.I feel severe pain in shoulder while coughing ,while driving motorcycle I feel pain while crossing upstair in road
