Upper Back and Neck Pain
Hi, I have been facing Upper Back, Neck and Shoulder Pain since last 5 months with Muscle stiffness and Knots. Please advise me some medicines or gels or excercises

Hello.. Well for the pains you can use analgesic sprays or gels and can do gentle massage after gel.. You can also try hot water fomentations for the pain.....but then if it persists after a long time we need examine you for the cause... Consult an orthopaedician and get evaluated for it...........................
