Upper abdominal pain after eating

Asked for Female, 22 Years

Me and my girlfriend cuddled and accidently i got into her just one time... and that too lightly...i withdrawed immediately.After 3 days she started having heavy abdominal pain , but after 3 days lower abdominal pain is not there . But she is having upper abdominal pain after eating something and while walking, also she is feeling tired... is she pregnant...
