  4. Upper abdomen pain - 2nd trimester.

Upper abdomen pain - 2nd trimester
Have severe pain in abdomen below left ribs. around 13 weeks pregnant now. pain is for past 2 days. worsens at night along with gastric trouble. sharp intermittent pain in the day time. able to walk and do other activities. no bleeding. pls advise.

This may be acidity due to pregnancy, which is more at night. Avoid taking medicines at night . Take some antacids with local doctor's consultation.
