Upper Abdomen murmur and excess gas
Sir
I have stomach upset for 3 weeks. Mucus in stool,indigestion and excess gas. I have upper abdomen murmur and excess gas and today I tried fasting even though I did not eat anything today in the evening I have growling sounds on upper abdomen. What could be the reason. In internet it says it may be IBS. What should I do.

Symptoms can be present with or without associated disease process which can be very variable from person to person.So its difficult to predict confidentally for specialist also just by reading complaints,so do not go for diagnosis derived from internet,better approach clinician.
