UPJ obstruction
My 3 month old is having UPJ obstruction.
Doctors are saying it will correct by itself gradually.It was found in TIFFA scan.
After birth 3rd day they took one scan. it was then 10mm,and suggested for another scan after 3 mnths.
Now it was showing 15mm.
I want to know weather 15mm is mild or severe.if mild do it correct

Hey, its congenital anomoly treated conservatively at initial stage , Intervention is indicated in the event of significantly impaired renal drainage or poor renal growth.so kidney function and renal growth assessment is required,in sevear compromised kidney intervention is required
