Unwanted skin growth

Asked for Female, 14 Years

There are multiple scaley skin growths on my face and torso. They have been there for almost 2 weeks and seem to not go away. I’m 14 at the moment and I cannot seem to figure out why I’m having these scaley patches. They appear on my chest, scale, and then fall off leaving scar tissue. They aren’t itchy and they have just begun to appear on my face. There are 3 currently on my face; one under my eye, one above my eye, and one next to my nose. I think it is just dead skin, I am sure its not acne
