Unwanted Pregnancy

Asked for Female, 20 Years

I had physical relations with my partner.a few times condom was used. And twice i took i pill in 5 days. My menses date for this month was 17 th july. On 18 july in the evening while peeing little blood came which i considered to be my menses.. But no more bleedimg is experienced. Could this be the sign of pregnancy?
