Dr. my wifes last menstraul period is 6th March -9th March, afterlong time we met together on 25th March and my wife missed her mensus in April month and she is confirmed with positive pregnancy test. actually we we're ready to have child now...so will suggest us for the safe and best way to terminate pregnancy.
