Unusually dark black stools, floating.
My 15yr nice is suffering from repeated stomach pain, vomitings at night, head Ach, and a chance find of unusually dark black floating stools. She has also been suffering with stomach cramps during menstrual period, adding to the cunfussion. Please advise.

Most likely your niece is suffering from gall stones. Get an USG abdomen done immediately and start her in antibiotics. Give her light foods. Also get some blood tests done including LFT. For pains give her meftal spas.
