Hello doc, my shoulder bones are very wider compared to anyone at my age. My fitness provider says that I have huge muscles than my much elder counterparts. I feel extreme pain in my muscles.I use only natural supplements(NUTRILITE).I workout very hard.what could be the cause? Will my extreme gym session backfire?ThnkU

The bone structure is defined by ur activity levels.Do not workout for more than 60 mins a day.It ads stress on ur muscles beyond that.They need rest to recover n the best u can do is giv ur body time to repair n recoupe.
