Untreated metastatised oral cancer liver
Tobacco consumption for 10 years resulted in tumours on lips UPPER & LOWER, ULCERS SIDES OF THE TONGUE, Bands and patches inside the cheeks Developed in acute OSMF & LEUKOPLAKIA FOR 16 MONTHS. DIFFICULTY IN WALKING, NO HOT FOOD ALLOWED. . NOW MY CASE METASTASTISED TO KIDNEY LIVER STOMACH AND BONES METASTASTISED., NO BOWEL STOOLS MOVEMENT RECTAL BLEEDING WITH GREAT PAIN . PAIN IN BONES. ABD WALKING IS VERY DIFFICULT. NO BIOPSY DONE SO FAR. Please advise what to do PLEASE ADVISE  .

Go for pain releif and hospice care and may b oral chemotherapy can b tried by consulatation with medical oncologist.. else supportive care
