My periods will go for 3-4 days but this time it's continuously happening from 10 day's daily but not full flow just spotting ..can you please help solve my issue

Get a urine pregnancy test done and review with reports online I would suggest you to meet a gynaecologist with usg scan and take tab tranexa 500 mg thrice a day for three days
