Unsteadiness when in standing position
Does any spine problem cause unstadiness when I am in standing position form past 3months I am experiencing this my mri brian normal and I went to ent and he done vng test and given b12 and thamine injections if this due to deficiency how many days took to recovery from pls help me

If you get spine degenerative change due to b 12 deficiency then get im inj 1000 micro gram daily for seven days and then weekly for three months and then monthly there after.
