Unstable behaviour
From last 1 week ,I'm having pain in left side of head when press at particular point it pains..not able to concentrate,not have control on thoughts,too much irritation, anger,  no able to think ,not able to perform in group discussion at my college ,I'm not able to meditate,i t feels as if I have lost all feelings Blood test already done everything is normal ,but vit b12 is little low (199), two b12 injections already taken ( doctor prescribed) Please help to recover from this condition
