I have had momentary blackout and left side chest pain and left pain and then admitted to ER I have had 3 ECGs all of them came abnormal. Then my coronary angiogram is done. It came absolutely normal and I was then discharged. But I do feel slight chest tightness and dizziness. I am taking ciplar la, nucoxia Mr and Pan 40.

Your ECG and Angiography are normal. Ignore the printed report on ECG it's machine generated it's not reliable. Since Angiography is normal your symptoms are definitely not heart related.
