Unsolvable dandruff
Hi..
I have got dandruff for more than 2years and now for past 6months it is very severe and because of dandruff I get lot of hair loss and acne with scares. I have a fair complexion so acne totally spoiled my face. My scalp is very itchy I just couldn't tolerate. I consulted a skin specialist and he prescribed me anti dandruff shampoo but then it's of no use except it makes my hair frizzy. I wash my comb after every hair wash I change my pillow cover. I take hair wash thrice a week but I couldn't find any cure. I really need to get rid of it permanently please help me.

nasya,shirodhara is best to cure hair related prblms.n some medicines which is blood purifier as per ur prakruti history.
for nasya shirodhara ,consult ayur panchkarma physician.
avoid tomoto,curd,bakery,frmntd,cold items.
aply coconut oil mixed with camphor till u meet ayur dr.
