I have undergone multiple tests for HIV, Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C, and VDRL. Each time, the tests were conducted at different labs, and all results were non-reactive. The most recent test was done at 138 days post-exposure, and it also returned a good outcome. Today marks 159 days since the unsafe receptive oral sex, yet I am experiencing mild sickness. Could this be due to HSV? I do not have any skin symptoms of HSV-no ulcers, sores, acne, or blisters on my body, including my mouth and genital area. What STD could this be? Can HSV cause mild sickness without skin symptoms, or could it be another STD?

Hi.. as you have done multiple tests and each time they are negative. Still you have fear that you may be having an illness. This could be health anxiety. it can be treated with medications and you will need counseling.
