Unilateral nipple discharge from  1.5 yr
I’m 27 years old. I have had clear, watery nipple discharge from one side for the past 1 year. Hormonal reports (Prolactin = 0.41 ng/mL, TSH = normal), and breast ultrasound is also normal. No lump, no blood, no pain — but discharge persists. What should I do now? Do I need a nipple discharge cytology or ductal imaging? Should I consult a breast surgeon or gynecologist? Can this be serious?"
