Im a very thin guy
I wanna gain weight n get fit
So i startd hav one fried egg and one boiled egg evryday in morning
Is dat right n if so should i eat d yellow part of egg as well or just the white part.

hello der yellow color of egg contains the fat which helps to increase weight if u wanna build ur body u need to have white part of egg which has protein
consult dietitian for further evaluation and treatment.
