Unfamiliar cyst on face
So, a few days back, I woke up to a reddish thing on my left cheekbone. It looked and felt like an insect byte and after some time, went on its own. Now, at that place, there's a larger lump. It doesn't look like a pimple because it doesn't have a white head and doesn't pain much. It's not completely round either. Even after four days, it hasn't got a head. It's not reddish. Rather the skin has gone little blackish. I tried to research online and learnt about some thing called an inflated pimple. But I'm not sure if it's the same. Have left it alone for now. How should I treat it?
